Ring Protection Plus plan is no longer linked to my Ring Video Doorbell 3, how do I fix this?

I already have a Ring Protection Plus plan but it is not linking to my Ring Video Doorbell 3, it did before but now it does not, how do I fix this? Without being linked I cannot view anything in history, it tells me to choose the plan that's right for you. I have the Ring App installed on my Pixel 4a Android cell phone.

    Hi @Delmar. As long as your Doorbell is at the same location that you have your Ring Protect Plus plan on, the plan should apply to the Doorbell. If this isn't the case, our support team can help make sure your plan is in order.
