When i try to subscribe to protect to look back at recordings, I try try to enter the authorisation code and press submit, but the submit box won’t allow me to press it and times out. Any suggestions???
Hey @Kell1. Are you on a computer or your phone’s mobile browser? I’d suggest using a computer to complete the subscription process if you are on your phone’s mobile browser currently. If you are already on a computer, please try a different internet browser and ensure your cache and cookies are cleared.
