Ring protect will not accept my debit card how do I pay?
Cannot subscribe to ring will only accept credit card do do not have

I tried contacting help line and basically they said use another card ! I don't have one !!!! Ring sort the problem,they don't tell you this until after you buy the product and now have a doorbell that doesn't do what it says on box 😡

CHi @Moschops. I added some troubleshooting tips in the last moderator reply. Is there a particular error message you get when you're trying to add a debit or credit card? What country are you located in?

Hi @user39139. In order to subscribe to a Ring Plan, you will need to add a valid debit or credit card. Other payment methods are not supported for the Ring Protect Plan at this time. Make sure you are logged into your Ring account on a compatible web browser, and that any VPNs are disabled. Some browser extensions can also impact site functionality, so try a fresh browser install if this problem persists. If you're still unable to add a debit or credit card on Ring.com, please contact our support team via phone, or on Facebook @Ring for further assistance.
