Hi @user20055. Your Ring Protect Basic plan should automatically renew as long as you have a valid payment method on file and you have not canceled your plan. You can check on your plan by signing into your account on Ring.com, choosing the Dashboard and then selecting Protect Plan from the top. If you have canceled your plan, you can find information on how to subscribe in our Help Center article here. I hope this helps!
