Hi, My ring stick up stopped recording, my internet has a good signal and I have the protect plan. I reset it a dozen times,I feel like I'm paying for nothing. Anyone else? Hi @user43182. I was able to find this Community [post](https://community.ring.com/t/ring-camera-pro-spotlight/197543) where another neighbor has similar concerns. There is a marked solution with steps to try to help resolve the concerns and what to do if those steps do not work.
