i have tried to go on live chat and keeps closing it self.
i have 1 ring doorbell at my mums property and 2 at my property.
i have just signed up and paid for protect plus for my property and i have already paid a few months back for the basic plan at my mums.
mine is working fine but heres just says you need a plan to use this, we have a plan i paid upfront for it but its not working.
