Hi @user45312. Ring devices are compatible with Eero routers. If your devices are falling offline, try rebooting your router by unplugging it for a few seconds and plugging it back in. You can also try rebooting both your Ring devices using the Ring app. Also, double check that both your Ring devices have good signal strength. This Help Center page will give you other steps to try for devices that keep going offline.
