Hi @TheSmart1. I would first ensure that your transformer is 16VAC and 30VA. Those are the minimum requirements to run a Ring Pro. Second, make sure that your Pro Power Kit is installed on your Chime Kit. Lastly, make sure you have the correct Chime Kit Selection made in the Ring app. This Help Center article here has all the right information for the Ring Pro and its specific requirements.
