My apps (on any device) will not connect to the Ring Pro after the doorbell is pushed. It works fine any other time, including after a motion detection.
Hi @RanchoGold. I would try to uninstall the Ring app from your phone, reboot your phone and then reinstall your phone. This will ensure that you are running on the latest version on the app and that it is integrated with your phones OS. You will have to sign back in, so be sure to have your credentials handy. My issue was resolved by Ring customer service by having me install the Rapid Ring app.
