Hi @Bassel274. You'll want to make sure the chime kit you have is compatible with the Ring Pro, which you can check in our compatibility list [here](https://support.ring.com/)/en-us/articles/209028546-Ring-Video-Doorbell-Pro-Chime-Kit-Compatibility-List). If it matches up with one of the compatible digital or mechanical chimes, then I would recommend double-checking the wiring to make sure everything looks good on that end.
