Ring Pro V2 video stopped on 6/6/2023. Everything else seems to work but is very delayed. I get motion detection, rings, missed ring notifications even snapshots, but no video. Everything else is delayed by about 30-45 seconds - including the doorbell ring. Video is never captured - neither live or recorded. Video cannot be seen on the app or the website. This suddenly started during around mid-day on 6/6/2023. Wifi signal is strong. Device health check is good.
Hi @mop708. An active Ring Protect plan is required for video recording, but you should still be able to access Live View regardless. I’d recommend first checking that your Ring Protect plan is active, then check the signal strength for your Doorbell on the Device Health page. If the signal is weak or unstable, this could impact the Doorbell’s ability to record video or activate the Live View.

Just thought I’d come back with a follow up in case anyone else runs into the same issue. I did a factory reset and now the video is being captured again. No clue what happened - it just suddenly stopped working one day, but the reset resolved it.
