I had ring pro installed with new transformer a month ago and all was working fine. It stopped working about a week ago and now no lights /no response from the device. Last device health was good and the power was rated as good.
Hi @Luckysim! This certainly sounds like a power concern. If the transformer/ power supply is still providing adequate power, I recommend checking wiring and the Pro Power Kit. Please ensure wires are connected where necessary, and that wiring is not too thin or too long of a run. When power is reaching the Doorbell Pro, there should be lights indicating such. Once you’ve allowed sometime for power to build in the Pro, please press the setup button to see if the Doorbell will enter setup mode. Feel free to let us know how this goes!
