Ring pro stopped connecting - tried reset,etc.

Ring Pro stopped working. I’ve tried the hard reset by holding the button, turned the power off and on at the circuit breaker, turner router off and on, and have tried to connect to the chime and wifi directly.

when I try to reset, white light starts spinning but never stops. wifi shows that it is connected. I don’t have google wifi. There has been no change in wifi or router. The doorbell occasionally rings at odd hours in the middle of the night.
