Ring Pro shows no voltage?

I installed a Ring Pro doorbell. It took a while but I got it installed and it has been working fine for 30 hours. Settings show voltage of 0.0mv. I don’t understand that. If it has no voltage, then how is it working at all?

The transformer is putting out 19.2v.
The existing mechanical chime is not working; perhaps it is related?
