Ring pro person detection
So this is my 2nd replacement ring pro. Peraon detection often does not work...the infrared lights do not always come on. Just installed the replacement...waited for the update...set up person and package detection...motuon detection but no person detection, no infrared lights. Ok, we tried shutting off the outdoor lights. Aha the infrared comes on, person detection! Turn the lights back on, infrared stays on! Ok a delay somewhere. Walk out onto the porch, no motion detection no person detection.

Hey Justin thanks for the reply....the support team has looked at my settings and everything else and they have replaced my device 2x already...i get motion alerts most of the time, but never a package alert and rarely a person alert, even when standing 2 feet from the device.
