Ring Pro only recording for 5 seconds

I have a Ring Pro and up till the beginning of May it was working fine. Since then, it will only record 5 seconds of video and I have the video record length set to 60 seconds…that that was how it used to work. There is full motion during the time period, but only the pre motion and about 2 second of actual motion are captured. I have full power and 5G Wi-fi signal to the video door bell. Not sure if a software/firmware update took place around this time, but trying to see if I am missing something. I have fully reset and reinstalled the doorbell twice and it is still acting the same.
