My Ring Pro video doorbell consistently does not detect people leaving my house. I want to know when pet sitter leaves. It detects her coming but not going. What do I need to do to detect people leaving?
Hey @LukeN! Your device should certainly detect approaching visitors as well as ones leaving. I recommend increasing the sensitivity to see if this improves detection. Using multiple zones versus one big zone can always help to fine tune detection in different areas and across different planes of the field of view. I hope this helps!
