Ring Pro not broadcasting its network id

It worked perfectly for 3 weeks. After that time it lost its wifi connectivity . I can't find the network Id that it is suppose to broadcast to re set the wifi. Power at the doorbell is 16.35 volts. I moved my router to within 6 ft of the bell , still no luck in connecting to it. I have rebooted the device about 10 times. Rebooted the router the same amount Change several times from 5g to 2.4 g. No luck in reconnecting It is now just a piece of junk. Any help about this problem would be greatly appreciated. Thanks everyone !
