My night vision was working for a while but just recently the infrared lights won’t come on so at night I can’t see anything. I tried resetting and reconnecting the doorbell but nothings helped. Any ideas?
Hi @Alec91919. Definitely a good call trying to reset the Doorbell and reconnecting it. This does correct this issue sometimes! Since you’ve done that and had no luck, I’d try flipping the circuit breaker your Ring Pro is connected to OFF for about 2 minutes, then flipping it back ON. After power has restored, you Ring Pro will reconnect and you’re Night Vision should be restored as well.
