Ring Pro - Losing Audio


On 3 occasions within the last 12 months (last 2 occasions within a few days) I have lost the audio on my video doorbell pro. Everything works fine apart from the audio, I assume the mic connection permanently drops.

The only fix that I’m aware of is to reset the doorbell which is frustrating as each time I have to unscrew the faceplate and re-install/setup all the personalised features (such as motion zones, motion sensing frequency etc), for me at least a 15-20 minute process.

The doorbell is around 3-4 years old now, however works perfectly when the audio doesn’t drop and I have no issues with my internet connection.

Does anyone have similar issues or can anyone suggest a fix?
