Ring pro keep going offline and now it’s completely offline

Hello everyone. My ring pro will not stop spinning blue. I tried troubleshooting, I checked the connection, I literally checked everything. It keeps saying offline. Can it be the transformer? Even tho I connected through a ring adapter and not my actual doorbell wires? Please help.

Hi @user71077. This Help Center article here will explain the light pattern that you are seeing. A spinning blue light indicates that the doorbell button has been pressed. Try disconnecting it from power for at least 10 minutes, and then reconnect it. Let me know if this works.
