So I have a Ring Pro that has worked well for most of it’s life (a little over a year).
Now it won’t ring the house doorbell (was before), and when you push it’s button the outside tone get’s chopped off, and the cirle light stops about a three quarters of the way through.
Looking at the status of the device in the App.
Power: Voltage Good
Network: Signal Strength RSSI-55
Any suggestions? I’ve taken the cover off and “rebooted” the device (hold the side button down for 15 seconds), but still experiencing this issue.
