It appears I have no power, but when I use a voltage tester on the doorbell wires, it lights up red, meaning I have power. There is no white light and no sound or video, it’s just dead. I have had it two years. Any ideas?
Hey @Dddenise! If you have not already tried to, please reset the device by holding down the setup button for 20 seconds. If it’s still not powering up, disconnect the Pro from power by removing it from the doorbell wires or turning off the circuit breaker. Leave the device disconnected for at least one minute before returning power to the device. Let us know how this goes!
