Ring Pro intermittently not ringing connected inside chime and sometimes Ring does work at all.

Its wired to an existing regular doorbell chime with Pro Power Pack. Sometimes everything works just fine. Sometimes the actual Ring doorbell will work but the inside chime does not ring. Other times neither the inside chime nor the Ring Pro work when you press the button. All you hear is a small electronic “click” from the Ring Pro’s internal speaker. I notice when that happens that I lose the video feed from the doorbell. However when I check its health in the app everything looks good including the voltage. Any ideas?

Hi @amn70. The behaviors you’re experiencing could be due to a problem with the Doorbell’s wiring. If possible, try checking the wiring to make sure none are fraying or loose anywhere, as this could cause intermittent connection issues.
