My doorbell just stopped working. No light, nothing. When I took it off the wall and touched the two wires together the doorbell inside rings. Even the wifi address is gone. Can someone give me some advise.
I have the same issue. I am able to temporarily get it back up and running by removing and reconnecting the internal wires by my mechanical doorbell (where i set up the device). The device seems to charge the internal battery and works for a few days. I would suggest trying to remove / reconnect the wires internally and see if that restores power to the device. Based on what i am reading, there seems to be something off
