Ring pro doorbell keeps losing signal

hi has anyone had any problems with a pro doorbell losing signal every few days, it is difficult to re connect, i have had to do this a few times ,each time it only lasts a few days, my doorbell is only about 1 metre from my router, i have had this proffesionaly installed i have had the power checked, all seems to be fine ,apart from losing signal, any help would be great. thanks

Hi @marinagriff60. Is your Ring Pro connected to a 2.4GHz or 5GHz network? Does your router use automatic network switching? What is the RSSI for this device? This information will give us a better idea of what is happening.
