I know this is a new feature, but I can’t get it to work.
Doorbell works fine.
Echo Shows display Live View when asked.
Announcement and Live View selected on Alexa app.
It just doesn’t work. When the bell is pressed, I just get an audio announcement on all the Echos with screens.
Any suggestions?

Yes, it’s all configured correctly. And live view works. But not automatically.

@Jarndyce Thank you for getting back in touch with me about this! Are you able to automatically pull up your Live View from a Ring notification? If so, this may just be a concern with Amazon Alexa, and if that’s the case, I would recommend reaching out to their support about this!
