Van get ring pro and chime to connect to wifi but not internet. All other devices connected and running internet. Have tried as many trohbledhooting options as possible. Has to be a compatibility issue of some kind but not sure how to figure out issue.
Hi @Tawzaw, can you please elaborate further on your concern? If a device is connected to Wi-Fi this should mean it is connected to the internet. Are you having concerns with it connecting in the app? Thank you!
I am not able to complete set up on either my chime or doorbell pro. It gets to end and says it is able to connect to wifi but not internet. None of my non-ring devices have any issues connecting.
Hi @Tawzaw. There could be certain settings that you need to adjust on your router in order for the Doorbell and Chime to connect. First, I recommend to reboot your router and then try to set up the devices again. If you still have this happen to you, please read our Ring Help Center Article here for more information on what settings to adjust for your router.
Im having the same issue with the new chime Pro. The old ones and all my cameras are connected fine. But during set up I get a red light blinking and a message that says ‘your chime pro is connected to your wifi but could not connect to your Internet’. I have tried 4 times now in different locations and the result is the same
