Not sure this will help but my issue with my ring pro chime was the spectrum router I was using had issues.
I had issue for about a week with ring devices, after having no issues with any ring product for over a year.
After pulling my hair out, trying everything known to troubleshoot. Calling ring and spectrum several times, the issue turned out to be the router was usable, worked for sone stuff, but something was wrong to make it work 100%.
Tried a new router, works GREAT, fingers are still crossed.
