I set up my new Ring Pro yesterday. The camera worked for 6 hours and has been offline since. I tried reconnecting over 12 times. I rebooted my router, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and nothing works. Health of device shows everything including wifi works except for it being offline. When trying to reconnect the Ring network does not show on wifi list and no device is found.
Hi @user23152. If your Pro is offline and you are not seeing the Ring Network to do a reconnection, try the following steps:
Verify you have installed the Pro Power Kit if you have a pre-existing chime.
Reboot the Pro by removing the faceplate then pressing and holding the setup button for 20-25 seconds.
Power cycle the Pro by shutting off the power that goes to the Pro for 2-3 minutes and then turning it back on.
