Ring Pro - Buzzing / Lag / Black Mark

When viewing the video, we are hearing a loud buzzing, expercing lag when people or any sort of movement happens and also a black mark has now appeared on screen. Also the video goes pixelated and sometimes shows a green screen. Is our Ring doorbell faulty? I've tried numerous suggestions from reading the help articles and nothing has fixed any of the above issues.
