Hi @rmotlapal. If your Pro 2 has your existing chime repeatedly chiming, verify that your [existing chime is compatible with the Pro 2](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360059789591-Ring-Video-Doorbell-Pro-2-Chime-Kit-Compatibility-List). If it is compatible, make sure you [installed the Pro Power Kit](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360054675132-Installing-Your-Video-Doorbell-Pro-2) correctly. You also want to make sure you have your in-home chime settings set correctly. If your chime is mechanical, make sure it is set to mechanical and not digital. You can find this setting on your Doorbells Device Settings page. The Pro 2 does not need a diode when connecting it to a pre-existing chime. If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our [support team](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/213608406) a call for further assistance.
