Since app update 5.55.0 my ring doorbell pro 2 does not record audio. I have tried all recommended troubleshooting to no avail . Anyone have any suggestions?
Hi @rnemtb2. The audio streaming and recording may be toggled off within the settings for your Doorbell Pro 2. In the Ring app, tap the menu in the top left > Devices > Doorbell Pro 2 > Device Settings > Privacy Settings > ensure that Audio Streaming and Recording is toggled on, otherwise audio will not be captured in your videos.
