Hi @Valnar. If you are not able to use two-way audio on your Doorbell, you can try the following steps:

Verify that you are pressing the microphone and speaker buttons when doing a Live View.

Verify that you have granted microphone permission for the Ring app in your phone settings.

Check to make sure your signal strength, also known as RSSi, is at a good level.
