Live View support was recently added for Mozilla Firefox within the past two months, so it's important to ensure that your browser is fully updated. In addition, it's important to check the [RSSI](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229#M4) on your Ring Doorbell to make sure your Doorbell has a strong connection to your wifi network, as that can impact the Live View capabilities as well.
