ever since last week when we couldn’t log into the ring app, my doorbell kills a battery every day. Before the issue the batteries lasted a week or better.

If you are having a concern with your battery dying and not charging/staying charged, please reach out to our support team here so they can do more advanced troubleshooting with you. Please note that the Ring Video Doorbell Pro is a hardwired device, so if you are having power issues, you may want to consult an electrician to ensure your device is getting constant power from an internal chime kit and/or transformer.
