Ring Power Pack is running low

Why do i continually receive the following message. Everything is setup correctly.

"Ring Power Pack for Alarm Pro is running low. Limited power remaining

Hi @user35031. Check that all of the cables on the back of the Alarm Pro and Power Packs are plugged in correctly and working. Next, check that the outlet you’re using to power your Alarm Pro is plugged into a working power source. Additionally, the first time you use your Ring Power Pack, you need to plug it directly into an electrical outlet to charge it.
