How do I change from monthly to an annual plan?

Hi @user5592. You can upgrade your Ring Protect subscription from your Ring Account on ring.com.

  1. Go to ring.com and log into your account.
  2. From the menu bar, select Protect Plan .
  3. Select your current plan from the left menu bar.
  4. Select Upgrade Plan and follow the prompts.
  5. Choose payment payment plan (monthly or annual).
  6. Review order.
  7. Enter payment information and check out.
