Hi @JevgenijN! With the blue light showing on the Peephole Camera, this is a good sign of power. Please check your device health in the Ring app to see the wifi signal strength and ensure it is sufficient. If your Peephole Camera is offline try reconnecting or setting up in the Ring app. As you mentioned performing a reset already, by holding the setup button for 20 seconds, I recommend also checking battery level and that the ribbon cable is securely connected to both parts of the Peephole Camera assembly.
