My ring is offline. I checked my wifi strength and it is good. I have tried numerous times to reconnect to wifi and it is not working. The battery is full and I’m out of ideas as to what to do.
Hey @Silcal85. What happens when you reconnect the Doorbell to the wifi through the Device Health page? Feel free to take a screenshot of where in the re-set up process that you can get stuck, as this will help us figure out what your concern may be isolated with!
