Had two callers this morning but nothing on my ring video and no alert, it appears to choose who it picks up on!

Hey @paula21, what exactly are you experiencing with your Doorbell? For your event history, if you are not seeing any videos or recording in the event history, you may just not have an active Ring Protect Plan Subscription. Although, if you are getting alerts of motion and nobody is there, you’ll need to adjust your motion sensitivity. You can learn more about this in our Ring Help Center Article here.
