for some reason, and all the setting are correct , but our Ring doorbell is not detecting any motion from 10pm to 4am but it is not set to do that. Has anyone had this problem? We just got our Ring 4 days ago. This is in turn driving my husband crazy!!!
Hi @tcox1! The Ring Alarm Motion Detector should certainly detect motion at night, and can be confirmed by a blue light indicator that will flash when motion is detected. Checking motion scheduling settings was a great step to take! I recommend also checking on any modes settings, such as ensuring this Motion Detector is included in all armed modes. Please also ensure this device is not mounted too high on the wall, and that the sensitivity is optimized. I hope this helps!
