Hi all - my Ring worked well at first, then intermittently and now not at all. I can’t get it to connect to wifi or a chime. What can I do to troubleshoot? The function in the app is no help. No resolution.

Hi neighbors. If your Doorbell is not reconnecting to your wifi, try the following steps:
Factory reset your Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button on it for 20–25 seconds.
Reboot your router by unplugging it for a few seconds and plugging it back in.
Try your setup using a different phone or tablet.
If possible, bring your Doorbell into the same room as the router.
