Wired doorbell I have the router maybe 12 feet from doorbell. The outside can hear me but I can’t hear the outside. Every time I delete and reinstall the app I get perfect audio for the first time I use the app after that I can’t hear until I uninstall and install again.

What you have described is unusal, and the fact that you can get perfect audio only one time after you delete and re-install the App is strange too.
