Ring Motion doesn’t work

My Ring door bell no longer detects motion at all. I have all motion settings on and set to the highest level and have tried with smart motion on and off, I have activity zone set and enabled it for all events. Firmware is up to date, devices has been hard reset nothing works if the door bell button has been pushed I will get notifications and I can view the live feed but when I check events no motion events are detected even when I’ve stood there jumping up and down directly in front of the camera. It shows all events but motion is always empty. Anyone come across this? My guess is that the motion sensor is faulty.

I just registered here for the exact same issue, hoping to find an answer. I have a Ring II, with everything in working order, but lately it seems sporadic with the motion events, and today, like Phil here, i can jump up and down in front of it, dance on my porch, or whatever and cannot get a motion alert. Can anyone on here, or officially with Ring, be able to help us?
