Hi All. Having an issue with my Ring Door Bell not showing LIVE VIEW on my PC. Anyone else having issues? Maybe Im missing something. I called Ring support NO HELP AT ALL> TIA
Hi @harleymhs. You should be able to access the Live View from Ring.com after logging into your account. Make sure you are using a compatible browser, which you can find here, and that you have enabled permission in your browser’s settings for Ring.com to use your computer’s microphone.
