Ring keypads (Gen 2) are not charging. Tried multiple outlets, cords, bricks etc. We have two keypads for our business. I’ve seen other posts where it is recommended to factory reset the keypad. However, I have several employees with unique keypad codes. If I factory reset both keypads, will it erase all codes?? What a pain this is if so. Ring needs to fix this issue as I have seen this in other posts.
Hi @Enovak. The access codes are not stored in the Keypad, they are controlled within the Shared User settings in the Ring app under Settings > Shared Access. I’d suggest resetting your Keypads to see if that resolves this charging issue. You can find steps on how to reset your Keypad linked in this article.
