Recently my keypad battery went flat for the first time, so I removed it from its cradle to charge. The device doesn’t seem to charge even after reset. Any ideas?
Hi @David9126. Make sure your plugging the Keypad into a standard power outlet using the provided power adapter. The battery light should blink green to indicate it’s charging when it’s properly plugged in. If the Keypad isn’t responsive after plugging it in, I’d recommend following up with our support team at one of the numbers available here for further troubleshooting assistance.
