I’ve already tried the steps, doorbell keeps disconnecting from wifi! The reason I bought the Ring is because last year a man tried to crowbar himself into my home and now I feel afraid, especially if someone can see that I am repeatedly disconnecting the bell from the wall to try and get it to work.
How do you apply for a second bell under the warranty??
Hi @RGrace22. What is the RSSI for your Doorbell? A low RSSI could cause your Doorbell to disconnect. You can find this information in the Ring app under the Device Health menu. If you do have a low RSSI, a Chime Pro could be a great solution!
My Doorbell keeps disconnecting as well. This device is less than a year old. My RSSI is -50. Very strong signal. How can I get in touch with Ring to get up a replacement?
