Ring Indoor Cam WiFi Network connection problems.

I ordered this Ring Indoor Cam on November 5, 2019 and it WILL NOT stay connected to my WiFi Network and I never have any trouble with my Ring Pro Doorbell. When I try to reset it, the only way I can even get it to respond is to unplug it, wait 20-30 seconds and to plug it back in to get it in SETUP MODE and then it might stay connected for about 15-30 minutes. It is in my garage and only about 25 feet away from a WiFi repeater and thru one wall. Please tell me what I need to do or replace this defective camera…
